Certified Quality and Risk Management Specialist Training


COURSE OUTLINE

Part 1 - This 4-day session will begin with Shared Values for success and take you through the Elements of Risk Management, Risk Management Defined, Incident/Accident Reporting, and into Investigations. Attendees will move into Staff Recruitment, Retention and Recognition and Customer Service training. The final day of this 3-day session will focus on QA Committees, Sub-Committees, Admission Process and effective use of Care Plan meetings. (Subject to change)

Part 2 - The second 4-day session will cover numerous topics that will include Pain Management, Medical Records, Ethics, Survey Preparedness ,OSHA, Communicating With Our Customers and other vital topics. Participants will also discover how Risk Management applies to Social Services and Activities. "Hot Topics" such as Abuse and Abuse Training will be included in this session along with many others. (Subject to change)

A certificate and designation of Risk Manager Certified (RMC) will be awarded upon satisfactory completion of the program and passing of 2 examinations.
